Our Church Health Assessment Survey is now available, and we would like everyone to participate. The survey is divided into three sections:
- Questions 1 - 11 gather some information about you.
- Questions 12 - 32 are about the present.
- Questions 33 - 37 are about Values, Vision, and Mission as we look to the future.
The survey is anonymous and takes about 30-40 minutes. You will need to take it all at once. If you leave the survey you will have to start over. You may want to first take a look at the survey, formulate some of your answers, and then come back later to take the survey in one sitting.
