Monday afternoon we listened as Dr. Bonnie Henry extended the public health order gathering restrictions through January 8, 2021. Consequently, TAC will not be hosting any in-person gatherings until the PHO is lifted. This year has been an opportunity to learn and practice how to do things differently in a virtual context... live in community, gather for church services and youth group, and attend to the cares and needs of others... just to name a few.  We've used technology to connect whether through live-streamed church services, FaceBook watch parties, Zoom foyer or community group, text, or the old fashioned phone call. 


The original plans for two in-person Christmas Eve services have been canceled; don't miss the opportunity to connect with friends, neighbours, and family and invite them to join you for our 4:15pm service on December 24th. Normally, we'd have cocoa and cookies in the foyer after the service. Perhaps you can call/text/zoom with someone after the service and recreate the foyer experience in each home. Be creative. Share your ideas with us on how you'll connect with others and invite folks to join you in The Story of Christmas.
