We are happy to partner with South Fraser Pregnancy Options Centre (SFPOC) in their biggest annual fundraiser, Operation Baby Bottle (OBB)! OBB runs from Mother's Day (May 14th) to Father's Day (June 18th) and covers up to 60-70% of their annual operating budget, including client needs.

Pick up a baby bottle from the table in the Lobby after church on Sundays (or the church office, Tuesday-Friday 9am-4pm) and fill it with cash or a cheque (payable to South Fraser Pregnancy Options Centre); or if you'd rather just pick up one of their donation slips, you donate directly to them (donation slips are also located inside the bottles). You can also donate online at operationbabybottle.com. Please donate to SFPOC directly. We will be collecting the baby bottles and donations on Father's Day. We are happy to receive cheques (made payable to South Fraser Pregnancy Options Centre) and cash on their behalf, but please do not indicate SFPOC or OBB on your offering envelope or online giving. To receive a tax receipt from SFPOC, please enclose the pledge form, or make sure your address information on your cheque is up to date, or donate online at operationbabybottle.com

We love supporting South Fraser Pregnancy Options Centre because it:

  • Supports crisis pregnancies,
  • Assists low-income families with children, newborn to 24 months
  • Gives sexual education presentations to secular schools through their STAND program (Sex Teens And Necessary Discussions), and is being developed for youth groups as well as parents in churches with biblical foundations.
  • Is dedicated to women and their partners in making informed decisions regarding their unplanned pregnancies, through counselling, referral services, PARS (post-abortion counseling), and free pregnancy testing.
  • Operates a free boutique where clients can visit monthly for baby clothing, formula, diapers, strollers, and other new and donated needs.
  • Envisions in the very near future a maternity home where they can house up to six expectant mothers, where their team will assist them in their next steps and connecting them to the community.

Operation Baby Bottle runs from Mother's Day (May 14th) through Father's Day (June 18th). You can find more information at operationbabybottle.com.
