PASTOR OF FAMILY MINISTRIES

The Pastor of Family Ministries provides pastoral leadership and strategic oversight for Tsawwassen Alliance Church’s ministries from Nursery through Grade 12. This role leads the weekly Kids and Youth Ministries, supervises the Pre-Teens Director, and works to create healthy, engaging environments where children, students, and families can grow as devoted followers of Jesus.
A key focus of the role is developing and multiplying leaders and equipping staff and volunteers to build sustainable, thriving ministries. As the ministry grows and additional leaders are developed, the role has the potential to transition from direct leadership of Youth Ministry toward broader pastoral oversight and responsibility for additional ministry areas.

YOUTH DIRECTOR

The part-time Youth Director/Pastor provides leadership and pastoral care for Tsawwassen Alliance Church’s ministry to students in Grades 8–12. Working under a Pastor of Family Ministries, this role leads the day-to-day Youth Ministry, creating a welcoming, Christ-centred environment where students can know Jesus, grow in their faith,build meaningful relationships, and become lifelong disciples.The role focuses on relational discipleship, weekly programming, outreach, and the development of volunteer leaders. The Youth Director/Pastor will also partner with parents and the broader church staff to build a healthy, engaging,and sustainable ministry that helps students take their next steps with Jesus.
