Join us this Sunday for a special Missions stand-alone sermon from Murray Derksen (Pastor Brian's brother!). Murray will be preaching that God is a relational God who has opened the door to a relationship with everyone in his sermon, "A Relational God" from Acts 10. Our series on Philippians, "Under Constgruction," will continue next Sunday.
Murray and Michelle have served the Alliance family since 1987 when they began pastoral ministry in Winnipeg. They spent 29 years serving the global missions arm of the Alliance in Mexico, Egypt, Costa Rica, and all over Latin America as the regional leaders for their last 12 years. They retired from the Alliance global arm in 2021, and currently reside in Kelowna where Michelle serves part-time on staff at Mission Creek Alliance and Murray studies full time in a doctoral program at UBC Okanagan. They have four children and three grandchildren.
